Robinsons Exteriors – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Robinsons Exteriors. By accepting a quotation or booking our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Quotations

• All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation.

• Quotations are based on the information available at the time of inspection or enquiry.

• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

• Additional work requested after a quotation has been accepted may be subject to additional charges.

3. Services

Robinsons Exteriors provides exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

• Driveway cleaning

• Patio cleaning

• Pressure washing

• Gutter cleaning

• Window cleaning

• Deck restoration

All services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill.

4. Access to Property

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring work.

Robinsons Exteriors cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from restricted access, locked gates, parked vehicles, or other obstructions.

5. Results

While we use professional equipment and cleaning methods, results may vary depending on the age, condition and material of the surface being cleaned.

Some staining, discolouration, weathering, lichen growth, rust marks or other permanent damage may not be fully removable.

No guarantee is made that all stains or marks can be completely eliminated.

6. Weather Conditions

Certain services are weather dependent.

Robinsons Exteriors reserves the right to postpone or reschedule work where weather conditions make it unsafe or unsuitable to carry out services.

7. Payments

• Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking.

• Late payments may result in additional charges where permitted by law.

8. Cancellations

Customers should provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Robinsons Exteriors reserves the right to cancel or rearrange appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, equipment failure, illness or adverse weather conditions.

8A. Pre-Existing Damage and Surface Condition

Customers must inform Robinsons Exteriors of any known defects, damage or areas of concern before work begins.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Loose or damaged pointing

• Cracked paving slabs

• Damaged block paving

• Loose bricks or masonry

• Deteriorated mortar joints

• Cracked concrete

• Loose render

• Damaged decking

• Previously repaired surfaces

Pressure washing and exterior cleaning can expose existing defects or areas that have deteriorated over time. Robinsons Exteriors cannot be held responsible for damage, movement, dislodgement or surface deterioration resulting from pre-existing defects, poor installation, age-related wear, weathering or lack of maintenance.

Where a surface is considered fragile or at risk of damage, Robinsons Exteriors reserves the right to modify the cleaning method used or decline the work if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable to proceed.

9. Liability

Robinsons Exteriors will take reasonable care when providing services.

We shall not be liable for:

• Existing defects or damage to surfaces

• Damage caused by pre-existing structural weaknesses

• Normal wear and tear

• Losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

10. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate and attempt to resolve the matter.

11. Changes to These Terms

Robinsons Exteriors reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updated version will be published on this website.
