Robinsons Exteriors Refund Policy

At Robinsons Exteriors, we take pride in delivering high-quality exterior cleaning services and aim to ensure every customer is satisfied with the work carried out.

Customer Satisfaction

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours of completion so that we can review the issue.

Where appropriate, we will make reasonable efforts to inspect the work and rectify any problems directly related to the service provided.

Refund Eligibility

Due to the nature of exterior cleaning services, refunds will generally not be provided once work has been completed.

However, a partial or full refund may be considered in exceptional circumstances where:

  • The agreed service was not carried out.

  • Work was not completed as described in the accepted quotation.

  • A service issue has been verified and cannot reasonably be rectified.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Stains, marks or discolouration that cannot be removed through standard cleaning processes.

  • Surfaces with pre-existing damage, deterioration or structural defects.

  • Results affected by weather conditions after the service has been completed.

  • Natural re-growth of moss, algae, lichen or weeds after treatment.

  • Customer dissatisfaction where the service was completed as agreed and to a professional standard.

Rectification

Where a genuine service issue exists, Robinsons Exteriors reserves the right to inspect the work and, where appropriate, return to rectify the issue before any refund is considered.
